- Your statement or the account number printed on it.
- The name treatment was opened under (often a parent or guardian for minors).
- The card, HSA, or FSA you plan to use.

Drop a payment off at the front desk on the second floor of the medical building at 11901 Bolthouse Dr Suite 200, Bakersfield, CA.
We accept cash, check made out to Dr. Guy Mendivil Orthodontics, or any of the cards listed above. Bring the statement if you have it — it makes posting faster.

If a line item on your statement looks off, call before you pay. The front desk handles billing in-house — we can pull up the chart, explain the charge, and adjust anything that should not have been billed.
